Device View in Transcend??

Hello.

I have a problem. I've got a 3com SSSwitch 3300, and there was a CD with Transcend network manager. But, how can I enable the Device View in this manager??
When I click on the switch which is on the map, he gives me posibility to manage it with web or telnet but not with device view.
There was some update on cd for 3com switches, which I could not install because of bad register information. Can someone help me?

3com has its own manager now, called 3com Network Supervisor. Its a free download. Try using this instead of the transcend.

You can't use 3COM Network Manager's DeviceView without installing the DeviceView module of Transcend (HP Openview). It's in the release notes.
