Device stays LOCKED when it should be idle

Hi, all...

We're running BAB 11.5 SP2. Every since we patched to SP2 we've been experiencing a random issue with different libraries staying in a LOCKED state after a backup. Can't dismount, erase, inventory...nothing. The only that frees it up it to stop/start the tape engine.

The firmware on our Spectra Logic Treefrogs is all up to date. But, I'm going to ping on them to see if they've heard of this.

Does anyone have any experience with this one?

library and tape drives should be disabled from within the OS Device Manager.
