Device specific re-direct

Hello everyone.

I'm not sure if this can be done, but I have a feeling in can. I need to configure Apache to re-direct users to a different site based on the users device. So, a user coming to

http://<mysite>

from a PC will get a PC friendly site, while a user on a Cell Phone/PDA going to

http://<mysite>

will get a web page thats friendly to them.

We want to do this to ease of the user, so they wouldn't have to remember multiple URLs to gain site access from different devices.

Are there any addons or configuration changes that can be applied to do this?

I would think that you'd need to do this based on the user-agent header, but I have no idea how many possibilities there are for phones and pda's.
