Although not as sophisticated, there is an area to check the devices loaded and their resources....it is viewable only, you cannot edit.
Go to Start/Programs/Admin Tools/NT Diagnostics. Then click on the resources TAB. This should tell you who is using what in the way of IRQs, Memory, DMA, and I/O ranges.
