Hi Guys
We re just starting to manage a network with various
baystack 350 24-t and 450 24-t switches but I cannot seem to locate which version of Device Manager I need to manage these switches .I have checked the nortel website for listings but haven't found anything .
I tried a few of the older versions such as dm113 up to dm312 but they all failed.Does anyone know what version I should use and also can I download it from the Nortel website...

Thanks in advance for any info

Kevin

If you have a service contract, ask your sales rep to request access to the Nortel wed site.
You can download sw/upgrades you are paying maintenance for.

There are tools that are 'for pay' like Optivity Switch Manager, (it has a 90 day demo) but to my recollection, JDM is a 'for free' tool.

I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
