Hi All

In windows , using the system properties, we can find what devices are present in the machine.

Is there a command, which gives information about all the devices present in Solaris sparc machine

or How to find device in Solaris. I wanted to know what Display card is there in Solaris 8 Sparc machine.

Thanking you in advance
Regards
Aman

There is a utility out there called cfg2html. This kewl script will produce a text file and an HTML file about your system.

Do a search on google for cfg2html.

/usr/platform/`uname -i`/sbin/prtdiag -v should do the trick.

Note backticks (next to the 1 key) around the uname -i.
