Device Configuration Login

Hi,

I have install SP2 update for my Arcserve 11.1.
After installation, i go to device configuration. I choose window server click next. Then its ask me to keyin the backup server's username and password.
Wonder where can I locate for the correct login for this?
I have tried using local server administrator login but fail.

Never heard of being asked for a login when running Device Configuration. Try the ARCserve Server System Account.

Or, maybe, for some reason the tape engine is not started.
Try to execute "cstart.bat" to start all bab services.

It's strange, indeed.
