Solaris doesn't have a command that will give you such details as the lsdev lsattr will show.
In /dev/rmt, all the tape isntances can be seen
more /dev/rmt/*
In /dev/dsk, all the disk instances can be seen
more /dev/dsk/* (block devices)
more /dev/rdsk/* (raw disks)
format will show you all the disks
prtvtoc will show the details of each disk
prtvtoc /dev/dsk/c0t0d0s2
