I am looking to change the error reporting system to incorperate a priority list.
Most of my clients all insist that every problem is urgent, obviously not helpful.
I was thinking along the lines of
1) Site Down.
2) Server error on page
3) Broken Link
4) ...
5) ...
6) ...
7) Cosmetic
etc
Has anyone used a system like this, did it work, what other priority criteria have you used?
