Development Costs

Apologies in advance if this is inappropriate for this forum.
I had a look at the guides and could see nothing but [mod] please remove with my apologies.
I have been developing CF applications for internal use for my employer for 5 or so years and have been asked to by an external company to develop an app for them and have not idea where to start with costing the job.
Does anyone have any pointers that can help me, don't want to rip them off or do the job on the cheap. There are no other bidders.
The job itself is a fairly simple online quick quote form with around 10 variables to add up to a final price.

your cost = how much would you charge / hour * hours needed to complete the project.

the hours needed should include, debugging + testing minus any other changes that they may require upon the completition of the project.
