Can I use Visual Studio .NET Professional to develop applications for handheld devices (Windows CE and/or Pocket PC)? I've read that Smart Device Extensions (SDE) for Visual Studio .NET will allow development using C# within Visual Studio. The only reference I can find to SDE is associated with the Beta Release of Visual Studio .NET 2003. Since 2003 is not yet out, is there a way to use SDE with Visual Studio .NET Professional?
