The only programming language I have a license for is VB 6.0 and I don't think I can use that for this. What other free programs can I use to develop a very simple app? Can I write an app using Excel VBA and then use Pocket Excel to run it? Thanks!

Since you already know VB, I would use eVB to develop your apps. Go to MSDN on Microsoft’s site , and goto the download section. Select Pocket PC from the drop down and you will see a list of free developer software from Microsoft to use. The files are very large (210MB for eVB 2002).

Also, you can check out for help in developing apps for the pocket PC.

Any other question, let me know.

Dave
