developer service to oracle database.

hi,
I am having two computers connected on lan,
one is kewlcoder
second is disco

now, i have oracle already and developer installed on disco and running perfectly.

i installed developer on kewlcoder.

so, now i am unable to connect to disco for accessing the data base... thought the isqlplus is availabel through browser.

i created a service with same parameters as in disco
hostname disco,
service name oracle,
post 1521(default).

I am using Oracle 9i suite.
