Developer reports printing problem

Recently we upgraded client machines from windows 98 SE to Windows 2000 Professional (Service Pack2) and suddenly a problem occured when user sends reports from custome application (developed in Oracle developer 6.0)to Epson LQ-2180 or Panasonic KXP-3696. The printer does'nt condensed reports. Although we installed WIn2k drivers on both printers. Please Comment
