developer reinstallation issue

I deinstalled Oracle forms developer suite 9 earlier.
Now i m trying to reinstall it but am unable to do so because at the time of reinstallation it says that certain
applications/services are using oracle products and they need to be stopped before proceeding. I have checked in services section in control panel but i cant figure out figure out which services are using the oracle products.
I m new at using Oracle. Your help will be appreciated.
