Hi any one know the developer password?? know its something like PCCKXTDA. Got issues (just ask my girlfreind) with a answer machine not clearing down. Timers etc are cool and know you can play with the settings when logged in as developer.

Oh the nuns are the one having problems with the answer machine.....I really prefer to spend as little time in their presence as possible......i have nun issues...they scare me

First of all this is nt a hacker site and if I was the mod here i'dd zap your post in 22 seconds flat!

excuse me.....I'm new to this forum so i'll assume your being...umm....funny.

As for a hacker..I've much better things to do with my time than hacking a nuns TDA (thats bound to get a one way ticket to hell).

Actually got given the password details etc by the trainer at panasonic to resolve a know fault with ISDN2 lines not clearing down with answer machines.
Rumour had it logging in with the developer log-on going to system, option 18 you change tone to single and use count to 0 would resolve the issue??
whats zap mean (was a milk based drink back in NZ)????

Shaun you are the biggest hypocrite I know. I seem to remember you posting a similar question about the old 1232 software and then when your post got 'zapped' you emailed me asking for the password.

And then here you are claiming that some one doing exactly the same thing is a 'hacker.'

And just quietly, this same guy is pretty close to the developers password in anycase. So either he is a shocking hacker and can't figure it out, or he actually knew the password and has forgotten. You don't have to flame everybody for asking a simple question.

any joe knows you can pop out the sd card and find the pass word what are you talking about?

cheers for the support "shardian".

Managed to get around it, you can customize the options view for anyone logged on as USER when logged on as Installer by going into TOOL then Screen Customize tick System then Tone etc. Then go back in as USER and bob's ur uncle ur away and laughing.....so to speak.

Oh cwc3 or as I shell refer to you "Mr Moody" thanks.....oh thats right you didnt. Ah well maybe next time.

i am moody because every tom dick and harry seems to be
able to get ther hands on the tda/e(and no one one wants to read the books they'd rather get the answer the easy way) and now over here they are pulling dealerships for little or no reason at all and you have to sell 100k usd $ per 1/4 to even be considered for tde dealership and i think that is a load of xxxx for guys like me that have been doing the kx-t for 25 years.... so if i am not cheerful and helpful
call your countries tech support....

Tom Dick and Harry here, chill brother....firstly I've had a fairly good look at the manuals and there aint no section re this......

I work with a some very clued up guys who have been doin pansonic's as long as anyone (I'm sure ones lying about his age and he's actually 80) and were on the first TDA course in the UK and working on them ever since..and off the top of their heads they could remember the steps to access this.

I in my innocence thought to myself I know what I'll see if I can get the answer on this forum the night before going to site....saves a bit of time etc.

And if pansonic are being f*%$ers in the US I dont see how that should stop people helping out others...kinda the idea of a forum.

right I've run out wine think it's time to pass out.

sorry no more venting from me just to many hours at this
and the whole tde things got me in an uproar and to many
blokes out there that refuse to read the edocs.....

Shaun - He wasn't after the system password, he was after the developer password for the actual software.

And as for reading the manuals, the manuals we got from Panasonic in aust were shocking for the last gen of systems. Japlish. The old TD500 manual was better used as toilet paper. If some one posted here asking about one of those systems, no one could blame them for not being able to figure out what was written/miswritten in the manual.

As for the probs with Pana....move to Aus. Look me up, we got too much work on. 140 systems installed this month. Bout 50% Pana 50% NEC. We could use a few more techs....

Shardian -

If you're close to the beach and the weather is like in Southern California, I'm there - sign me up.

<very big grin>

Beach is close, and we are in summer, but you wouldn't know it. Having floods and everything down here. 1 Day its sunny and 25-30 degrees (celcius) next day its 11 degrees and you need a paddle boat to get to the office!!!

Hi guys

i am new to this forum but not new to Panasonic

go right back to the GX model

i had a situation with a KXTDA 100 recently where i needed more than 32 handsets ringing in a ICD group

i emailed tech support(UK) and they were able to access the system remotely and enter through the "developer" access and extend the group up to 128 extensions. they did state that there would be power issues if i assigned too many phoes to the group.

unfortunatly they did not divulge the password used in order to make the changes but it seems that there is a "developer" password for the system

Eh Hello!

did you not read the full message?

"unfortunately they did not divulge the password used"

Phoney123

And the answer is........ *PCCKXTDA* put that in rather than INSTALLER
