Developer certificate

Hello
Does anyone know where I can get a class 2 (i.e. personal) developer certificate for code signing from? Verisign used to do it for about £20 but have stopped doing it now. Basically I can't afford to fork out aver $200 for a class 3 cert! C:\DOS:>
