I have finished my OCP in App. Developer. I have also spent the last 6 weeks studying up on Java2 and Visual Basic 6. Could someone please give me some advice on how I should go about getting work in the field? Ideally I would like to work with other developers to expand my skills and learn further.

Also, I am wondering what I should be focusing on next for learning.

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
