Developer 7 Could not open not found

I am creating a soulution with filemaker 7 developer. Everything seems to go and the standalone application starts up fine. When I go to one of the modules a message comes up and says "tickets.fp7"could not open (not found). I can navigate to the tickets file and then everything works fine. I can not deal with having to manually navigate to the needed file everytime I run the program.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am on a Mac with OSX.
