Developer 6i to Developer 9i

Hi there, anyone to sort me out.
I have done an application using developer 6i. Recently I decided to use the 9i but when i compllied my application and tried running it I got an error 'could not get database dates' hence could not proceed any further. Any one with a solution?

If the message text is exact, I suppose that it's user-defined, not Oracle message, so the problem may be anywhere.
