develop own toolbar like Google toolbar in asp.net 2.0

i am developing a asp.net 2.0 web site, i want to develop own toolbar like Google toolbar in asp.net 2.0,it is supported for all the browser.

so what can i do for this ?, please instruct me

You can't develop a toolbar with ASP.NET as that is a web programming language. Try looking on the forums for the relevant browsers.
