Hi,
I have a table with 5 rows. This table has the following information:

PackID LineNo PartNo Date Time
12 2 P-102 11/22/03 3392
12 3 D-112 11/21/03 3432
12 4 S-102 11/22/03 3452
12 5 D-123 11/21/03 3345
12 1 A-102 11/22/03 3352

I need to print only the latest record. The time field is the number of seconds since Midnight.

So far, I created a group based on PackID, at the details level, I am printing:

LineNo PartNo Date Time

Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Percy

Percy,

Try:
Sort first by Date (Accending), then sort by Time (Accending). Move your details into the group footer (PackID) and supress the Detail section.

Andy

The records are already passed in an XML file. Can I resort them in Crystal? if so, how?

Thanks for all your help,

Percy

Found it!.. I replied to quickly. Thanks again.
