Determining Printer in Word template ?

Hi,
we have a couple of reports that are printed using a word template. They are getting rather big for the printer that the user has, so we'd like to buy a bigger and faster one.
Firstly, can a template be setup to point to a certain printer, rather than the user's default ?
And, to give us more control over the new printer's use, could we automatically send the print to a file ?
