I am working on an upgrade and want to ensure all the external modules will be supported in 9.1.x. I know from the offer definition that IPO400 external modules are not supported in that vintage. The offer definition reads the following is not supported:
• Digital Station V1: 16 and 30 port variants (superseded by V2)
• Phone V1: 8, 16 and 30 port variants (superseded by V2)

Does that mean if a module does not show a V2 in manager, it is not supported (Tan)? Is there a way to tell the hardware difference in Manager?

Thanks
Michael

Hi Michael,

Indeed. If under control units or the system status page it doesn't show as a v2 after the module name then it is an old v1.

Hope this helps.
