How do I know what mail box number is assigned to a set? I seem to remember it's a simple step, but I can't remember what buttons to push.

Usually your extension will match the mail box #, if not you may want to try using the Norstar Voice Mail Manager software this will allow you too see every mail box, or go into administration and look at the different individual mailboxes, any additional questions let me know.

One way it to goto mbox>chng>Dir>OK to list everymbox in the dir. Once you find the mbox press ok and next to Ext number. Most likely this is the same. If the mbox was setup with dir=N then this won't work.
Then you would have to direct connect to vm and view and mbox report. Let me know which vm you have I had the notes for all systems.

Thanks, but I thought it was even simpler. I seem to recall pressing "Feature" then another button on a set - sort of like a "who am I?"

you are right, it is Feature 0 then the intercom button. Feat 0 is the button id feature. JerryReeve
