Determining if someone is on the Phone

Is there a way to see if someone is on the phone? Quite often I'll try to dial someone's extension only to realize the reason they didn't pick up was because they were on the phone.

Hi pshull,
If your position is ext 10/11 (reception) you can use the CA48. The call assistant will show all extensions. I find often that ext buttons take over the feature buttons in most installations, and the 34 button phone is expensive to buy.
