determine which HDD failed in raid

We are running Raid 0 with 4 disks


is there any utilities or something that i can use to determine what HDD failed?

there scsi seagate HDD running off a adaptect 2100s scsi card


it has windows 2000, but cant get into the OS because a file is missing because a HDD failed



any ideas?

On the hard drives themselves, are any of the activity lights red? If there is one with a red light, that will be the dead drive.
