Determine status of TSCALs

Is there a way to determine from:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing\Store

if a TSCAL license is temporary or not? They are trying to minimize the purchase of TSCALs here and want to check Win 95 / 98 computers that will attach to see if they have an existing license.

Couldn't you just look at the Terminal Services Licensing program on the licensing server?
