The SP version matrix I have doesn't have that exact version although it's showing BK as MICS 5.0. As for an easy way to determine the software version the only thing I'm aware of is to get an SP version matrix. I'd be glad to e-mail you a copy of the one I have although I don't think it's complete, but at least it's a start. My e-mail address is jmitchell @ whiteradio dot com. Meridian Norstar & BCM Version Identification Details
The Norstar system type is worked out as follows, example SP: 30BKG06
The "SP" Stands for the system processor number
"30" = BNR (Bell Northern Research NA & UK Systems)&
"05" Means ENC "99" = NA.
"BK" Identifies the version type (MICS 5.0)
"G" This stands for the release number & is worked out by the letter
"A" being "0", "B"="1", "C"="2", “D”=“3”, “E”=“4”, “F”=“5”, “G”=“6”,
“H”=”7”, "I"="8" & up to "M"="12" etc. I.E. The letter "G"=Version 6.
"06" = The subversion type i.e. "02" Means release 6.06.
"DR1" Is the language standard set "GP2" = Global Product 2
"NAT" = National?.
