How do you determine the release version of a DL360G7? We have several being used as LSPs and core ECS.

Log into the shell of the cm and type swversion.
Log into CM using ASA and type list config software
Log into Web of CM and click on software link.

Log into the server through the web interface and select 'Software version' under the Server category. Look at the CM Release String to find the server type and the base load. Below that, it will show you what, if any, Service Packs are installed.

Thanks but what I mean is - saw where the DL360G7 R610 is at end of sale, etc., etc., - how do I find where the release is noted?

Are you they were not referring to the DELL R610 server as well as the DL360G7 and just worded it poorly?

I have no idea...here's the entry on the End-of-Sale list:

Product End of Sale End of Manufacturer Support software/Policy End of Manufacturer Support Hardware/Policy End of Services Support Service Support Notice
Avaya Common Servers Release 1 DL360G7_R610 3/3/2014 NA 3/3/2017 3/3/2020 TBD

AHHH....SO IT DOES LOOK LIKE THEY WORDED IT POORLY...AT LEAST FOR THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT AN R610 IS:

Effective 3-March-2014 Avaya will no longer sell (make commercially available) certain models of the Avaya Common Servers (“ACS”) Release 1 portfolio. These models will be replaced by new servers as part of the transition of Avaya turnkey applications to ACS Release 2. ACS Release 1 models covered in this notice are Dell PowerEdge™ R610 and HP ProLiant™ DL360G7. Note. While all ACS Release 1 servers will eventually go End of Sale, only the specific models listed below are covered in this notice.

THANK YOU!
