Determine Patch level from Build

Is there a way to determine what patches/service packs have been installed on the Arcserve products (ie. main product and agents)? The only thing I have been able to determine is the build levels of the different products. I am asking as the environment I am working in was originally setup by another group and I can not find any documentation on the patches installed.

Hi, i have the same problem, but this link didn't help me.
I'm looking for Infos about ARCserveIT for WinNT Advanced Edition Version 6.61 Build 849. I don't know the actual service pack or patches.
can someone help me?
