Determine length of session

Is there anywhere I can go to find out how long (Date/Time)a user has been logged onto thier pc in the current session.
We have a problem with users not shutting down thier Pc's at night, sometimes for days and I want to educate them to log off and shut down every night.If I could show them I know that they have not logged off the previous night this may have the desired effect.

There is a program called "Everest" its free it will tell you everything about your computer and I mean everything.
When you download and install it goto the operating system section and click operating system scroll down to current session it will show how many days, hours, min, secs its been on
The inforamtion it gives makes this one awesome program.
