How can I tell if an installed Mac OS is a 'workstation' or 'server' flavor.

We have a few Mac Minis that could be either.

From what I can tell, the server version of the OS is identical to the workstation version with a few server admin tools and things like web servers added in. And, those things can be added to a 'workstation' install, I believe. So, how do I determine whether the OS was a workstation or a server to start with?

TIA

man sw_vers

The man page says the 'ProductName' returned will typically be either 'Mac OS X' or 'Mac OS X Server.'
