Determine Day of Week to Run Script

Hi,

I want to run chkdsk as a logoff script in AD. But I want the script to run only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so I don't pester users every single day with a chkdsk.

How can I check for the day of the week? If it is the correct day of the week, I'll be running a batch file on the local computer with the chkdsk command.
