Is there an easy way using the WebClient to see which agents are currently logged in to a skill.
Example in Skillset view I see 5 agents in "Agt Idle" for skill "Customer Service"
If I look on the agent view it only shows their skill if they are taking a call.
There are more agents that just Customer Service for example Tech Support. So short of creating a filtered view for every skill is there an easy way to determine, Who are the idle agents?
