Determin hdisk size in GB 2

Hi All,

Is their any way to determine the hard drive size for a pv?
For example, when I enter in the command "lspv" I receive the following:

hdisk16 000c30cdba21077e None
hdisk17 none None
hdisk18 000c30cdebd7f601 None
hdisk19 none None
hdisk20 none None
hdisk21 000c30cd9f172a5b None

How can I determine the physical size of these hard drives if I am not at the office and cannot physically "touch them".

lscfg -vl <hdisk / pdisk>
should list size of disk

If that does not work, as with EMC disks, you will need to put them into a vg to find out. Or use `inq` or some sort of EMC command. IBM Certified -- AIX 4.3 Obfuscation

Disk is not in a VG: you can use -> bootinfo -s hdiskN
Disk is in a VG: lspv
Or odmlist -q name=hdiskN CuAt

will give you the size in Total PPs row
