hi all,
i am developing a TELEMARKETING SOFTWARE where i need to dial number of customers AUTOMATICALLY.
i am using modem commands to dial the numbers..
when i am dialing a number and if the number is BUSY, than it takes 9 seconds to detect BUSY signal...or say only after 9 seconds, my modem is giving me BUSY status...
and before detecting busy signal, i can't give voice command..'coz once i give voice command, i can't detect busy signal...
now as i m not able to give voice commands till 9 seconds after dialing, if the person picks up the phone, he is not getting any voice till 9 seconds...
is that any way to detect busy signal as soon as dialing is completed????
IF ANYONE OF YOU IS HAVING SOLUTION/SUGGESTION, THAN PLEASE HELP..BECAUSE JUST THIS ONE DEADLOCK IS HOLDING BACK WHOLE PRODUCT...
