hello,

I am using CTADE 8.3 (Envox Dialogic Toolkit), Dialogic D300-SC, 5.1.1 firmware.

I have an application that makes multiple outbound calls(from Dialogic D300-SC to a PBX). Now and again I target a busy Extension.

Aftr a TRUNKMAKECALL() has returned I interagate TRUNKGETSTATE() which returns "NOCONNECT". I am informed that this often means 'Busy'

However I would like to categorically determin the cause for "NOCONNCT". 1 way would be to get the ISDN cause code from within CTADE, maybe using GetRegID or something. (Cause 17 is the baby).

Anyone help here????

Cheers
