Detecting buttons dialed on telephone. Please Help me

Hi,
I have to detect the buttens dialed on a telephone. I am using mscomm control for this purpose. at this point I have some questions.

1. How can I know a user is calling in to the modem attached telephone number?

2. How to answer the call?

3.How to detect the number?

4.Is there any other technology available for windows 98 and visual basic?

If any one knows answer for any of these questions, Please reply me immediatly.I am stuck on this problem.

If you are trying to answer a call and detect some tones, I would use the Turbo Power's Async Pro ActiveX control rather than the MSComm control. It is available on Source Forge

There are examples for everything that you are trying to accomplish. Examples are in VB, C# and C++.
