Detecting apllications

Hello Everyone,

Here is my question. I have an application that executes other applications. I wanted to know if it was possible to know when the application was done loading and ready for use but I do not know what application is being launched. Is there a specific message or an API I could use ?

Not sure if I'm clear but any help would be appreciated.
