Detect UMTS modem on Motorola VE 538

I had a problem to find /dev/ttyUSBx or /dev/ttyACMx
after I connected usb cable to Motorola VE538 and Fedora 13
# dmesg | grep -i tty*

Here is the message from linux screen :
# dmesg
