Hi All, Have recently moved all our server hardware into a rack. Have plugged in a ps2 keyboard, after server was re-booted, and it hasn't detected it. Just wondering if there's anyway we can get the server to recognise it without having to restart the server. Cheers!

Is the keyboard connected to a KVM switch or directly to the server? There shouldn't be an issue in having it recognized, but you can also try connecting a PS/2 to USB converted and then plugging into an available USB port

connected directly to the server. will have a look to see if we've got a USB converter. So I'm guessing that this is one of those cases that actually requires a server restart and not just a service restart. Hmmph.
