Hi,
I'm currently writing some Quality software for our company (to replace our current clunky software). Part of this software involves the logging of service calls, and I'm hoping to be able to make the software detect any incoming calls, get the phone number, and prepare a new service call record automatically.
We have a Mitel 3300 with 5212 phones, and I'm wondering if it's possible to detect all incoming calls on a PC over the network? I've tried connecting to the SMDR through PuTTY on telnet port 1752, and it works but I get the information after a call has ended which is not much use. Can I modify this SMDR to output info as soon as a call is incoming, or is there a different way to achieve this?
Thanks
