Detect Client Machine Accounts?

Is it possible via SMS to detect what client machines in a given site have local accounts without passwords?

There is nothing that I am aware of that can return any sort of filter by passwords, especially local passwords. You could, with some fiddling, report local users, but thats about it. Unless Tim knows something I dont.
