I'm sorry for asking this question, but for the life of me I can't remember where this is.

What load tells you what kind of phone is connected.

If I do a stat I see idle, but I know there is a way to find out what model it is.

Can anyone tell me. Like I said I forget where it is.

Regards

For a BCM digital phone, just log in if you use Element Manager and look under active sets. They will be the working ones.

For the Meridian 1 / CS1000 systems, Log in and go to LD 117

Key in INV GEN SETS

Wait a while until it completes or log out and log back in later on.

Once logged in, go to LD 117 again and key in INV PRT SETS.

This will show you all the active and unavailable digital phones.

All the best

Meridian 1 / Succession and BCM / Norstar Programmer in the UK

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thanks for the response.

There is a command (idu) under load 32 that will tell if there is something out there to correspond with, correct?
