Hello all,

Does anyone have a simple solution as to how I can view the size of a folder when I am viewing windows in the 'details' view. I can see the size of individual files but not folders...is there a way to overcome this?

Thanks,

Craig.

Don't think explorer does this (view, choose columns doesn't include one for folder size), think you need to access folder properties or use another (3rd party) file manager (eg, I use Servant Salamander - shareware - which has option to calculate folder sizes).

Right-click and hit Properties. It will show the total amount of "stuff" in that folder and all sub-directories. But as wolluf said, there's no built-in way to get that info to appear as a column in detail view.
