Details Section based on Quantity Ordered on PO 1

I would like to have the details section of a report be in the same multiples as the quantity of the part (plus 1) of a PO.

For example, a Purchase Order has part XYZ and there are 5 items being ordered. When the report is run (label report) it will show in the details 6 times since there are a total of 5 being ordered and an extra label is needed to print also.

When it states to Create a "REPEATER" table. In crystal reports, where is a Repeater Table created?
