details And Group section

I have a detailed report which include name of all the customers(repitions are there). so i made the group so that i get distinct record.and sum the amount
but when i am making group some of the recored are missing .. can anyone help

customer name amount
xyz 100
xyz 200
xyz* 300
abc 400
asd 500
ase 600
asd 700

desired result
xyz 300
abc 400
asd 1200
ase 600

* this record is missing

Dear PacificPear,

When you say it is missing, what proof do you have?

If you group on Customer Name, in the details section you would see each row that is returned for that customer.

Now, do you have any supression formulas or selection criteria that would exlude that record? Crystal does not just choose to not show a record. A record not shown means that it was excluded either by the Report's selection criteria or by some other means like suppression or group selection formulas.
