Detailed Record Call / call_rec documentation

Hi all

I'm looking for a doc on how the call_rec table is filled and a description of the fields. I can not find it on avayadocs.com.

they speak about a limitation of 400 calls per 20 minutes, i think it is contained in a doc, but can not find it.

Can you help ?
