Can the Detail OnFormat property be used to create unique numbers on generated labels? For instance, I have a start and end number for a sequence of labels, can I use a macro or VB code to create a unique label for each in the sequence between the start and end numbers.

for instance: start = 5 and end = 25, need to print out 20 labels, with 5,6,7,8, etc. up to 25 automatically.

Any ideas?

Jeff

This is just a wild shot, but can you make a field with AutoNumber and use a textbox to bound it to that field. Then in the property, just change the backstyle to transparent. I don't know if it works, but it's just a guess.
